If my future employer is reading thisn please realise that I work better than I interview. Actually, going by the evidence of this afternoon’s performance in the candidate’s chair, I do most things better than I interview.
It wasn’t for a lack of preparation. I had a weekend at my disposal to swot up and a lifetime’s experience to draw upon.
In the event I was tounge-tied, vague and confused at various times.
I know I can be inspiring; this time was just perspiring.
